This Charter School Agreement, together with any exhibits, attachments, addenda, and amendments (hereinafter referred to as the "Charter Agreement") is made and entered into on the dates of the signatories, below, by and be- tween the Mayor of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”), and (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The Sponsor has authorized the Director of Charter Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Charter Schools Director") as the Spon- sor’s designated representative to serve at the Sponsor's discretion and to assist with the performance of the Spon- sor's duties as provided herein. The Sponsor may change this authorization and designation from time to time, and shall give written notice of any such change to the Organizer.
