THIS ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT (the “ESPC” or “Contract”) is between Columbia County, and (the “Owner”), and Ameresco, Inc (the “ESCO” or “Consultant”) (collectively Owner and Consultant are referred to as the "Parties").
