MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Alliant International University, Inc., a California Benefit Corporation (the “University”), and Beaumont Unified School District (the “District”) agree to the following conditions that apply to Practicum Students, Student Teachers, and Teacher Interns (collectively, “Interns”) who are or will be enrolled in the Teacher Credential Program, the MA/PPS: School Psychology Program or School Counseling Program through the California School of Education at Alliant International University and will be serving their Practicum or Internship in the District. Interns nominated by either the University or the District shall be mutually acceptable by both the University and the District, and shall be subject to a mutually acceptable placement within the District. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective August 01, 2020 for a period of three (3) calendar years. This Memorandum of Understanding may be terminated by either party with sixty (60) days’ written notice, unless both parties
