This Subscription Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (this “Agreement”), is entered into and made effective as of the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ping Identity Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 1001 17th Street, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80202 (“Ping Identity”) and , having its principal place of business at (“Customer”). Collectively, Ping Identity and Customer may be referred to as the “Parties” or in the singular as a “Party.”
