This Agreement (“Agreement”) entered on is a binding, legal contract between hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate” and our business, Boom Interactive Learning, LLC, d/b/a 2Cool Traffic School, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”. The Affiliate Program is administered through said Company pursuant to the policies at the Company Web site, as well as this agreement.
