This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") dated 01 September 2022 (“Execution Date”) is intended to outline a proposed relationship between IBM India Private Limited ("IBM") with its registered office at 12, Subramanya Arcade, Bannerghatta Road, BANGALORE- 560029 and Uttar Pradesh Skill development Mission, GITI Campus, Aliganj, Kapoorthla, Lucknow, 226024. Each of Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, Government Of Uttar Pradesh and IBM shall individually be referred to as a Party and collectively as Parties.
