These General Terms of Delivery (the "Terms") form an integral part of the ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT entered into by Coocooshop.com with GUEST and / or HOST (the "Agreement"). GUEST, HOST, or Coocooshop.com, each separately referred to as a "Party" and in the possible compositions collectively the "Parties".
