This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by the Kearsarge Regional School Board (“Board”) and the Para Educators At Kearsarge, NEA-NH (“Association”). Hereinafter, the term “Employee” will refer to any employee covered by the current collective bargaining agreement between the “Board” and the “Association” noted above.
