The City is willing to provide additional financial support for the Redevelopment Project by granting Redeveloper a ten year deferred loan in the amount of $200,000.00 from Community Improvement Financing generated from private development within the North 27th Street Redevelopment Area. The loan shall be evidenced by a promissory note and secured by a third Deed of Trust on the Project Site.
