The following is an EmbraceIEP® Contract (hereinafter “contract” or “agreement”) for software, website hosting, and support services. This contract is made between Brecht’s Database Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Embrace® (hereinafter “Embrace®”, “We”, “Us” or “Licensor”) and Lee County Special Education Association including Dixon Public School District 170 and Paw Paw School District 271 only (hereinafter “You”, “Your” or “Licensee”).
