This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of August , 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chibardun Telephone Cooperative, Inc. ("Chibardun") and CTC Telcom, Inc. ("CTC") (collectively “CTCI”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 110 North Second Avenue, P.O. Box 164 Dallas, Wisconsin 54733 and Wisconsin RSA #1 Limited Partnership, d/b/a ALLTEL Communications, Inc. (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office at 1 Allied Drive, P.O. Box 2177, Little Rock, AR 72202. CTCI and ALLTEL are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
