This Master Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into on 06/04/2024 ('Effective Date') between Energy Transition Partners, Inc., a Colorado corporation d/b/a/ 'Independent Power' (the 'Company') and Jenny Swain (the 'Client') for the installation of a Solar Energy Production System and/or a Battery Energy Storage System and/or an Electric Heat Pump or other HVAC System and/or the associated Electrical System Upgrades (collectively, the 'Electrification System' or the 'Work') more particularly described on the Scope of Work attached hereto as Schedule A (the 'Scope of Work'). This Agreement includes the Terms and Conditions, Schedules, and Disclaimers attached hereto.
