ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of each purchase order, release, requisition, work order, shipping instruction, specification and other document, whether expressed in written form, by electronic data interchange, or any other format, relating to goods and/or services to be provided to Buyer by Seller (such documents inclusive of these Terms and Conditions are collectively referred to as this “Contract”). This Contract limits acceptance by Seller to the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Except as otherwise agreed to by Buyer, in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other purchase order, release, requisition, work order, or other document, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
