THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this day of , 2003, between EV, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, whose address is (“Developer” or “Trustor”); Chicago Title Insurance Company, a California corporation (the “Trustee”); the City of San Diego, a charter city, whose address is 202 C Street, San Diego, California 92101 (the “City”) and the San Diego Housing Commission, a public agency, whose address is 1625 Newton Avenue, San Diego, California, 92113 (“Commission”). The City and the Commission shall be referred to collectively herein as the (“Beneficiary”).
