In accordance with the remedial action grant agreement between the City of Stanwood (City) and the Department of Ecology (Ecology), a focused environmental investigation (FEI) work plan and an Addendum was completed for the former Hamilton Mill property (the Property) (MFA, 2019a,b).1 Based on subsequent developments, additional evaluations to inform Property conditions and permitting requirements with respect to ongoing planning activities for redevelopment are needed.
