, (Local Government) pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 5 ILCS 220/1 et seq. (the “IGA Act”) and Section 2-32-030 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, hereby enter into this Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) in connection with supplemental ambulance rates. HFS and the Local Government are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
