This Online and Mobile Banking Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the online and mobile banking services provided by Partners Bank of California. Unless otherwise stated, any reference to the Agreement shall include applicable schedules, enrollment forms, and exhibits to the same, as well as applicable user guides, user manuals, setup forms and other user materials, including online terms and information. Each time you access the Service, you confirm your agreement to these terms, as amended from time to time. You agree that the Accounts accessed using the Services will only be used for personal, family or household purposes.
