THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 23rd day of January, 2017, by and between the Board of Education of the School District of Papillion-La Vista in the County of Sarpy, in the State of Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or “District” as the context may require) and Papillion-La Vista Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”). This agreement shall be effective for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 contract years.
