This Rental Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ATD Audio Visual LLC (“ATD AV”) and you (“You,” “Your,” or the “Renter”) and is effective upon the earliest of your signing of this Agreement, your submission of online payment with acceptance of this Agreement, acceptance of the Equipment (as defined below) at our location, or shipment for delivery of the Equipment to your location, and shall apply to all Equipment rented by you from ATD AV.
