a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is made as of December 15, 2021, by and among John W. Rosenthal Capital Management, Inc., a Colorado corporation, as the general partner of the Partnership (the “General Partner”), and the persons and/or entities listed from time to time on Schedule A of this Agreement, as limited partners of the Partnership (the “Limited Partners”).
