This Contract No. C21178949 (“Contract”) is entered into July 1, 2020, by and between the CITY OF PALO ALTO, a California chartered municipal corporation (“CITY”), and AVENIDAS, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the State of California, located at 450 Bryant Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301 (“CONSULTANT”). CITY and CONSULTANT are referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
