THIS GUARANTY dated as of December 29, 2008 (this “Guaranty”) is made by PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“MOF”), PNMAC Mortgage Opportunity Fund Investors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“MOFI”), and PNMAC Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CM” and, each of MOF, MOFI and CM a “Guarantor” and, collectively, the “Guarantors”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Participation and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 29, 2008 (the “Participation Agreement”) between FNBN I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for First National Bank of Nevada (“Participant”).
