This Interlocal Agreement to Support, Develop and Fund a Process to Create Recommendations on the Establishment of a County-wide Racial Equity Commission (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of April 2021 by and between the City of Bellingham (the “City”) and Whatcom County (the “County”), both of which are municipal corporations under the laws of the State of Washington and together may be referenced as “the Parties,” or “the Governments” throughout this Agreement.
