Proposals for Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance Services for nine (9) Town Buildings (herein called SERVICES), will be received by the Town of Colchester (herein called the "OWNER"), at the Colchester Town Office Building at 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, Vermont until Thursday, February 20 @ 3:00PM, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The contract for the SERVICES described within these specifications will be for a period of three years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the CONTRACTOR based on the CPI-W, Northeast Urban, Class B/C (all items).
