Once formed in accordance with Clause 5 THIS CONTRACT creates legally binding obligations between the University and the Student so please read it and the Incorporated Documents and make sure you understand all the terms and conditions before you accept the Offer of Accommodation. This Contract is governed by English law which international students may find is quite different to the law which applies in their own country.
