We understand the project will consist of grading of 234th for a distance to safely bring 234th back on Section-Line over the proposed culvert. The improvements will include grading to widening the roadway section to accommodate future construction of a three- lane paved rural section. In the interim, the roadway will be surfaced with crushed rock.
