We have entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement, or the Distribution Agreement, with Canaccord Genuity LLC, or Canaccord, acting as sales agent, on October 3, 2022, relating to the sale of shares of our Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, offered by this prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus.
