The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) and ICM Registry, LLC (“Registry Operator”) agree, effective as of (the “Amendment No. 4 Effective Date”), that the modifications set forth below (this “Amendment No. 4”) are made to the 30 March 2011 .xxx Registry Agreement, as amended (“Agreement”).
