During the negotiation of the Agreement Among the Government of Australia, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Government of the United States of America for Cooperation Related to Naval Nuclear Propulsion (“Agreement”), the Government of Australia (“Australia”), the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (“United Kingdom”), and the Government of the United States of America (“United States”) (collectively, “Governments”) discussed their intended approach to certain Articles of the Agreement.
