The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions under which Producer shall act as an agent of InsureZone in the solicitation, sale, and servicing of contracts of insurance. Such contracts of insurance, including binders, policies, amendments and endorsements appurtenant thereto, shall be referred to in this Agreement as "Policies." Effective June 1st, 2014 this agreement immediately replaces and supersedes all previously published agreements. Please review this document carefully. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this agreement and those of your existing agreement, the terms set forth in this document will govern.
