On January 25, 2011, the City Council approved Alternative 5b as a conceptual land use plan for the Lido Village planning area. As a concept plan, it has no legal effect upon any property within the planning area; however it should be used as a guide by interested parties. William Hezmalhalch Architects, under the supervision of Timothy Collins, was the principal design firm who prepared the conceptual plan.
