Soliant Health, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Soliant”), and Unified School District No. 500, Wyandotte County, Kansas whose primary location is 2010 N 59 St, Kansas City, Kansas City, KS 66104 hereafter referred to as “Client”) enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement for the purpose of referring and placing its employees (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate Assignment Confirmation (Addendum A) for each placement will outline specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths.
