This Con9den<ality Addendum (“Addendum”) is hereby incorporated into the Coney Island Preparatory Public Charter School/Schoolrunner Agreement dated 7/1/2020 between the Coney Island Preparatory Public Charter School and Schoolrunner, Inc. A3ached a4er the Addendum is the referenced Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Coney Island Preparatory Public Charter School will be referred to as “Coney Island Prep” and Schoolrunner, Inc is referred to as “Schoolrunner.”
