This (the “Agreement”) is entered into and is effective as of 2018 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., a company a Delaware corporation with offices at 3000 North Sam Houston Parkway East, Houston, Texas 77032 (hereafter “Halliburton”), and , (hereafter “Institution”). Halliburton and Institution may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
