This Network Integration Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of March, 2008, by and between Kansas Power Pool ("Network Customer or “KPP"), and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. ("Transmission Provider"). The Network Customer and Transmission Provider shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as "Parties."
