This Resource Adequacy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Leapfrog Power, Inc. (“Seller”) and Redwood Coast Energy Authority, a California joint powers authority (“Buyer”), each individually a “Party” and together the “Parties,” dated as of [date] (the “Effective Date”) in which Seller agrees to provide to Buyer the right to the Product, as such term is defined in Article 3 of this Agreement.
