This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Sandy Hook Promise Foundation (“SHPF”) as of June 2022, a non-profit IRC 501(c)(3) organization, located at 13 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Connecticut 06470, and Escondido Regional Safety Consortium which is organized and existing under and pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California and with a primary business address at 15305 Rockwood Road, Escondido, CA 92027. SHPF and Escondido Regional Safety Consortium may also each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
