Initial consultations will be free of charge and held under a no – obligation basis. A written estimate for the service required will be provided after the initial consultation. If the customer wishes to proceed further, then the customer will be required to accept all estimates in writing and to accept these terms and conditions. This will form an agreement between the Client and Carvosso Curtains and Blinds Ltd (CCB). By accepting the estimate and paying a deposit, you are bound by the Terms and Conditions. The deposit is non- returnable and is equal to the cost of the materials to be purchase for the work. CCB will only proceed with the service requested after written acceptance and a deposit has been received.
