This license (“License”) is a legal agreement between you, the undersigned licensee (“You”, “Your” or “Licensee”), and, as licensor, SEGGER Microcontroller GmbH, a company organized and existing under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (“SEGGER”). Upon full execution and delivery of this License and upon Your payment to SEGGER for the Software to licensed hereunder, You shall become a non-exclusive licensee of the SEGGER software and hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this License.
