This Business Online Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to your use of our Online Banking Service, including the Online Cash Management Services (collectively, the "Online Services"), which permits you to access your Accounts with us via the Internet for services selected by you and agreed upon by us. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein are defined the Glossary section of this Agreement. In this Agreement, the terms "you" and “your" refer to each depositor on an Account accessible by Online Services, and the terms "us," "we," and "our" refer to Denmark State Bank.
