This Intergovernmental Agreement ("Agreement"), is entered into effective as of the 18th day of February, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the NEDERLAND FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT ("District"), a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, and the NEDERLAND DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ("Authority"), a body corporate of the State of Colorado, created pursuant to §§ 31-25-801, et seq., C.R.S. (the “Act”).
