SERVICES RENDERED: Customer grants to Rovers Waste of Tennesee, LLC (“Rovers Waste”), the exclusive right to manage the collection, transportation, disposal and/or recycling of the Customer’s non-hazardous solid waste materials including Recyclable materials (collectively, “Waste Materials”), and agrees to make payments to Rovers Waste as described herein. Rovers Waste agrees to furnish the services and equipment specified below, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
