This Regulatory Agreement (this "Agreement") is made between the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee ("TCAC"), established under Section 50199.8 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, and ("Owner") and is dated as of (the "Effective Date"). The Owner has requested and TCAC has authorized an allocation relating to the low- income housing tax credit (the "Federal Tax Credit") under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (collectively, the "Tax Credit"). The Tax Credit relates to a multifamily rental housing project known as , identified in the records of TCAC by TCAC# CA- and IRS Building Identification Number CA- , and located on the real property described in Exhibit A of this Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein (the "Project").
