This Agreement for Professional Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 18th day of March, 2024, by and between the San Mateo County District Harbor District, a California special district (“District”) and Community System Solutions, a California non-profit corporation (“Consultant”). District and Consultant are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
