The Parel Vallei High School (hereinafter referred to as the “School”) has adopted a policy regarding the use and possession of various substances in reference to the Western Cape Education Department’s Circular 0029/2021. The School is to be considered a ‘public space’ which prohibits the use or possession of illegal drugs and other substances, including cannabis (dagga).
