BYD(Shangluo) Industrial Co., LTD (“BYD”) hereby provides this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) with respect to certain types of its photovoltaic modules defined as follows (hereinafter as “Product”), to the owner of the Product (hereinafter as “Customer”), subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations set forth below.
