("Commencement Date") by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SUMMIT COUNTY, COLORADO, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado ("Lessor"), and the LAKE DILLON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, a Colorado special district ("Lessee").
