This CHALLENGE COST SHARE AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into by and between Clear Creek, County of, hereinafter referred to as “the County,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP) hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the authority: Department of Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act of 1992, Pub. L. 102- 154.
