Standard of Performance. In carrying out the Work, the Contractor shall exercise the highest degree of competence and diligence exercised by providers in the Contractor’s field. The Contractor shall cooperate with the School District and all other Persons contracting with the School District whose work affects the Contractor’s Work or whose work the Contractor’s Work affects. The Contractor shall perform all Work under this Contract to the satisfaction of the School District.
