THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SALT LAKE, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah (the “Authority”), and REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE COUNTY, a Utah community development and renewal agency (the “Agency”). The Authority and the Agency may collectively be referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
